For deliveries outside the EU (including Bosnia), any import duties for are for the account of the customer. The customer should be aware of the import regulations in his/her country prior to ordering. The Off The Pitch Online Store has no control over this and cannot be held liable for it.
Please be aware that delivery times are longer during sales periods due to the high volume. We are working towards having your order processed as fast as possible.

When will my order arrive in the Netherlands?
Place your order before 18:00 and we will hand over your package to DHL that same day. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after the above time slot or on weekends will be processed and delivered on the next working day.
When will my order arrive in Belgium, Luxembourgh and Germany?
Once your package is handed over to DHL, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
When will my order arrive in Spain?
Once your order is handed over to DHL or DHL Express, our order will be delivered within 4-6 business days with DHL and within 1-3 business days with DHL Express.
When will my order arrive in France, Portugal, Austria and Italy?
Once your order is handed over to DHL or DHL Express, our order will be delivered within 2-4 business days with DHL and within 1-3 business days with DHL Express.
What are the delivery times for other EU countries?
Once your order is handed over to DHL, your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days with DHL and within 1-3 business days with DHL Express.
How long does international shipping take?
Once your order is handed over to DHL Express, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs & lead times
Once your package arrives at the depot, DHL will send you a new notification about the estimated delivery time. If this doesn't fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery will take place.
NOTE: If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address, we will still charge for shipping. Remember to check if your address is valid and complete.
