Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund. We will refund the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the return.
What are the return requirements?
The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:
- The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form
- All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
- All items are clean and complete
- All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
- All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.
What are the return instructions?
To return your order, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to our online return portal.
2. Enter your order number and postal code.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for your return.
4. Select your preferred return method and follow the steps in the portal.
5. Pack your items securely, include the return slip and attach the return label. Remove or cover the original shipping label.
6. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed and refunded.
Prefer to use your own carrier?
If you prefer not to use our return portal, you can arrange your return using a carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
When arranging your own return, please do not select delivery to a parcel shop or service point. Returns must be delivered directly to our return address, as we are unable to collect parcels from parcel shops or service points.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
Return shipping costs vary depending on the country you are returning your order from and are at your own expense. Through our return portal, we offer reduced return shipping rates. The applicable return shipping cost will be shown in the portal before payment.
Please note: the processing costs of your return are €2.95 and will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any products. To exchange a product, you need to return the items using the return form and place a new order in our webshop. This way you are sure the desired item is in stock.
Can I get a refund on my order?
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order, within 7 days after receipt.
