1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Place your order before 17:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Parcel (domestic) or DHL Express (international) with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. 

The delivery time depends on your country, but within 2-4 business days your order should be delivered. 

Once your order arrives at the DHL Depot, you will receive a new shipping notification from DHL.

DHL will notify you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time. If this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery will take place.


2. How can I trace my order?
To trace your order, you will receive a personal Track & Trace-code via e-mail. Click on the link in the e-mail to trace you order. Your order is traceable from the next morning after you placed your order. Your Track & Trace-code will become active when DHL scans your parcel for the first time.


3. Can I pick up my order myself?
No, that is not possible.


4. How do I pay at the Off The Pitch webshop?
Your Off The Pitch order can be securely and easily paid via Buckaroo Payment Services. You can also pay via iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. You can also choose to pay via Klarna.


Afterpay:
Orders with a delivery- and billing address in the Netherlands (no private box) qualify for Klarna. After we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with the needed information to pay your order afterwards. If you have any questions regarding Klarna, please visit the Klarna website.


5. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for our products are as follows:

Orders up to €59,95 = €4,95
Orders above €59,95 = free delivery
Expected shipping time: 1 business day for the Netherlands, 2 business days for the rest.


Spain, France, United-kingdom, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic
Orders up to €99,95 = €8,95
Orders above € 99,95 = €4,95
Expected shipping time: 3-4 business days


Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and the rest of Europe
Orders up to €99,95 = €9,95
Orders above €99,95 = €5,95
Expected shipping time: 3-5 business days


Bosnia, Italy
Orders up to €99,95 = €11,95
Orders above €99,95 = €6,95
Expected shipping time: 1-2 business days


United States, Canada
Orders up to €99,95 = €19,95
Orders above €99,95 = €11,95
Expected shipping time: 2-3 business days


Australia, Rest of the world
Orders up to €99,95 = €39,95
Orders above €99,95 = €29,95

NOTE: If a package is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address, we will still charge for shipping. Remember to check if your address is valid and complete.

6. Can I return an article?
Yes, that is possible. Read our terms and conditions for our return policy


7. Warranty
All the Off The Pitch webshop articles are made to the highest quality standards. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, the Off The Pitch webshop will review the damaged article and either replace or repair them free of charge. The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects. Normal day-to-day wear and tear is not covered.

Warranty outside the Netherlands
Products that qualify for warranty but are used outside the Netherlands are able to be returned to the Off The Pitch webshop after consultation. The shipping costs to the Off The Pitch webshop and the return to the customer are borne by the owner of the article.


8. Questions/Complaints?
If you have any questions about our products or you want to lodge a complaint, please contact our Customer Service department. We do our best to respond to your questions or complaints within 2 working days.


9. How do I change my details?
In order to change your details, you need to log in. At the top of the screen you will see a section "Login". Once you have logged in, you can complete your details and/or change your information. All customer data held by Off The Pitch, is used for the sole purpose of providing you with the best service possible. Your information will not be used for other purposes and/or sold to third parties.


10. My account isn't working anymore.
Unfortunately accounts made before the 31th of January are not working anymore. Luckily it only takes one minute to create a new one! You can do so here. If you have any questions about your order history or something else, please contact our customer service.
