Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 09.00pm (CET) will be shipped out the same working day. Currently we only offer next day delivery within the Netherlands. Please refer to the table below for our international shipping rates. 

Orders up to € 39,95 = € 3,95
Orders above € 39,95 = Free

Orders up to € 89,95 = € 6,95
Orders above € 89,95 = Free

Rest of the World:
All Orders = € 29,95

When your order is placed on business days before 21:00 o'clock, the next day DHL Parcel will deliver you order.

Europe & The rest of the world:

1 or 2 Business days

2-5 Business days

Fast Delivery time with DHL Express (outside the Benelux) 
Place your order before 17:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. 

The delivertime depends on your country within 1-4 days your order will be delivered.

 Once your order arrives at the DHL Depot, you will recieve anew shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS ODD. 
DHL ODD notify you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best. 

DHL ODD is giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your delivery.

DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY offers flexible delivery options:
* Deliver my Package on Another Day: Scheduled Delivery

* Deliver my Package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family

* Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorize Shipment Release

* Deliver my Package with Neighbor: Leave the package at your Neighbor, Reception or Guard

* Deliver my Package at a DHL ServicePoint: Hold for Pick‐up Collection

* Request to Store my Package: Vacation Hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days 

DHL ODD gives you full control and you never miss another delivery. Flexible, convenient and always at the right moment!


Return policy
You can return or exchange your Off The Pitch item(s) within 14 days after receipt. Except customizes items.

Return requirements
The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:
- The return shipment includes original packaging and enclosed return form
- All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
- All items are clean and complete
- All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
- All original labels and tags are still attached to all items

Return proces
Affix the enclosed free DHL return label over the original shipping label on the box and find your nearest DHL Parcelshop drop-off location. The processing costs of your return are € 1.95 and will be deducted from the purchase price.

Returning to us is on your own expense. Use the following return adress:

- Affix the return label over the original shipping label on the return parcel
- Complete return form and enclose it to the return parcel
- Drop-off your return parcel at a local post office
- Retain the shipping receipt for your records

An exchange can be processed easily by the following steps, based on stock availability of the desired item(s):
- Process a new order in our webshop. This is the fastest way to purchase your item(s) and you are sure the desired item(s) is in stock.
- Return the item(s) and use this return form. Note the replacement item(s) and size.

Your refund will either be issued tot he original payment method used when placing the order within 7 days after receipt.
